Daily Duties at Collins Construction:
Directed all activities for the Construction Department (Get Work / Do Work / Keep Score). Assisted with the estimating/operation of the storm water department. Responsible for estimating each project, staffing requirements (manpower and equipment), and delivering each project on time and within budget. Met with Exxon Officials on a regular basis to discuss future efforts and each projects critical path. Published site specific safety plans, enforced their policy and requirements.
