Daily Duties at Citizen Properties:
Supervised all work on high level home remodels, consisting of oversight of all trades and their daily activities. Initiated bid walks, scheduled trades so workers seamlessly overlapped, organized all material deliveries, maintained strict construction critical paths, interfaced with clients on a daily basis to communicate and problem solve the myriad challenges that arise in high end design and re-build projects. Communicated client desires to both builder and architect. Scheduled all city inspections and communicated the recommendations for modifications to appropriate tradesemen.
