- Supervised 5 employees responsible for providing customer support services for two geographically separated facilities. - Oversaw organizations official travel card program/$515K ensured integrity of vital documents/program; zero delinquencies - Managed five personal contracts worth $500K avoided manning or clinical deficits--access to care met - Developed/implemented mobile Customer Support Staff for split location employees; planned weekly shop visits; saved 350 man-hours annually - Consulted on $10K emergency facility plan; designed "bug-out" boxes for alternate facility; effort tested/proven during fire drills and other contingencies - Civilian Personnel Liaison officer, generated/process 20 personnel actions requests.
