Daily Duties at Anchors Consulting:
Teaching/facilitating the THP Personal Strategic Planning Seminar, an adult group program for individuals designed to holistically explore/develop strategies for life vision/career planning; teaching & co-facilitating personal development and team-building programs in the U.S. and England for corporate groups based on THP holistic model regarding natural abilities, work/life balance and personal visioning; providing over 400 two-hour interpretive feedback sessions and consultations to individual clients based on reported measurements from THP Ability Battery of 30 work samples and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
