Daily Duties at Swedish Tax Agency:

• Manage technical equipment setups for conference room; assemble equipment and instruct other employees on its proper use; coordinate the service and maintenance of technical equipment; assist with computer repairs. • Fire Safety Coordinator: responsible for agency compliance with fire codes and ordinances; responsible for success of evacuation procedures (fire, bomb threat, natural disaster); responsible for maintenance of safety equipment. • Security Coordinator: manage procedures for agency personnel security and building safety; responsible for working alarm system; oversee distribution and security of keys, key cards, ID cards; produce agency photo ID’s; manage property inventory and report missing or damaged property to authorities. • Serve as Purchasing Agent for all facility furniture and personnel supplies. • Manage agency vehicle pool, in regard to both use and maintenance. • Represent Gävle Tax Agency on the city environmental council. • Office: oversee the assembly and binding of educational materials (high volume); handle incoming mail, including classified documents. • Work well in a group organization; train and orient new employees to facility and to their responsibilities; good at identifying and localizing existing problems and creating solutions; aware of events and situations within the organization; supervise one other facility employee.
