Organize and execute monthly updates from Operations Leads. The recorded updates allow global employees to be more informed regarding the process of protocols. Management of yearly seminar at Yale School of Medicine. The collaborative effort between Yale School of Medicine and Bristol-Myers Squibb is designed to give key employees the opportunity to learn about different aspects of the drug development process. Employees must be nominated by management to attend. Managment of contract and purchase order process. A streamlined process has allowed our department to contract and pay multiple speakers and other vendors that have increased the effectivness of training programs.
