Daily Duties at Kaz Inc.:
Lived in China for 2+ years expanding and training the New Product Engineering Staff as well as integrating a more concurrent development process with the Compliance Test lab, Q.C. and the various Manufacuring/Tooling functions. Quarterly Trips back to the U.S. to work with the domestic based Marketing, I.D. and Project management groups on New Product Concepts and in turn set up and coordinate their Design and Development through the global Engineering sites. Also,second year, supervised the leasing,construction/equiping,staffing and training of a stand alone R&D facility in NanShan,China.
