Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:
Monitored all Qwest servers and provided operational support/availability for midrange and data communications hardware platforms and environments. Conducted benchmarking, analysis, vendor management and documentation of all related issues. Prepared tape backups for nightly run and restore.
