Daily Duties at Sara Lee Corporation:
Responsible for leading a team of four planners who create a weekly production schedule for multiple production facilities. Manage finished goods inventory across entire distribution network. Prepare reports for weekly S&OP meetings for various categories. Responsible for ensuring that desired performance goals on key metrics such as fill rate, distress, inventory turns and schedule attainment are achieved.
