Daily Duties at L & M Investments:

District Manager over all salons. Create all human resource policies, procedures, forms, handbooks, etc. Create and monitor goals for each salon. Create internal marketing. Hiring, training, and supervising staff. Consult with owner on potential regulatory human resource issues. Prepare payroll reports bi-monthly. Monitor, adjust and order new inventory Resolving Customer complaints Resolving Employee disputes
