Daily Duties at Orochem Technologies Inc.:
• Management of personnel, resources and primary projects that support and develop Orochem's products/services for genomics and proteomics applications. As a team leader in Chemistry Operations and R&D, managed the big projects for drug discovery and purification. In pharmaceutical Evaluation group as department head on developing and characterizing chromatography products (Sorbent binding, membrane modification) used in Solid phase extraction, LC, GC and LC/MS bio-separations. Developed various protocols for drug purification from biological samples using high throughput 96 well plates and Robotic liquid handling stations (V-Flex, Tom-tech) and Simulated moving bed technology. developed nucleic acid purification kits.
