In pharmaceutical Evaluation group as department head on developing and characterizing chromatography products (Sorbent binding, membrane modification) used in Solid phase extraction, LC, GC and LC/MS bio-separations. Developed various protocols for drug purification from biological samples using high throughput 96 well plates and Robotic liquid handling stations (V-Flex, Tom-tech) and Simulated moving bed technology. developed nucleic acid purification kits.
