Operations Coordinator, 2003 – 2011 of self-funded Provided high-level operational support to Executive Vice President of full-service Third Party Administrator for medical and dental claims payment employer plans. • Coordinated travel arrangements, maintained schedules, managed itineraries, and completed expense reports, transcribed and typed minutes; set up meetings, and ensured all meeting logistics were finalized. • Prepared, edited, and organized internal and external reports, memoranda, correspondence, and presentation material; proofread and corrected materials, documents, and reports. • Calendared corporate events and collaborated with key departments, management, and clients regarding multiple corporate activities; developed and maintained excellent and effective relationships. • Facilitated comprehensive HR functions for the Minneapolis location; developed and maintained workflow process and charts, including company organizational charts for HR review. • Initiated the appeals process for medical and dental claims; controlled bi-monthly check deposits for clients. • Partnered with and supported upper management across the organization on assigned projects, ensuring both company and client initiatives were met. • Maintained open communication with managers and support areas, making certain that appropriate key operational indicators were in place for resource monitoring and analysis.
