Daily Duties at Subway:
Direct comprehensive recruiting and staffing practices, coordinating interviews and offering candidate selection recommendations. Oversee all benefits administration; administer insurance and FMLA administration oversight. Hold full accountability for maintaining accurate personnel records, including performance reviews and attendance documentation. Coordinate with employees, providing orientation and training; educate team members on company policies / procedures, responsibilities, wages, and promotional opportunities. Administer disciplinary actions and conduct in-depth employee exit interviews.
