Daily Duties at Subway:

As Store Manager, Oversaw restaurant operations across all functions for two locations and 35+ team members. Directed staff hiring, training, orientation and scheduling; administered HR programs, payroll, and benefits programs as well as performance management initiatives. Coordinated daily operations including resource / inventory management, budgeting / bookkeeping, cost control, cash management, and accounting. Initiated customer service programs to grow sales and enhance satisfaction. Compiled sales and performance metrics; created and tracked reports.
