Daily Duties at Miami Behavioral Health Center:
• Executed a working knowledge of contractual requirements to assure services were consistently maintained as best practice in accordance with contracts, agency policies, state and/or federal regulations, and insurance providers. • Managed 10 clinical staff working in 4 different programs; conducted performance evaluations, reviewed clinical documentation, and conducted trainings for clinical staff. • Maintained communication with 3 psychiatrists to ensure proper treatment for clients. • Responsible for the clinical management of staff as well as management of programs to ensure high quality of clinical service, contract compliance, and therapist productivity and accountability
