Daily Duties at Agape Network:

• Maintained a working knowledge of contractual requirements to assure that services are consistently maintained as best practice in accordance with contracts, agency policies, state and/or federal regulations, and insurance providers. • Provide clinical supervision to 15-20 clinical staff; conduct performance evaluations, review documentation, and conduct and/or coordinated trainings for clinical staff. • Responsible for the day to day clinical management of clinical staff as well as management of programs to ensure high quality of service, contract compliance, and therapist productivity and accountability. • Serve as a consumer role model to ensure a positive relationship in interactions with all clients, the community, and peers, and act as a client advocate at all times. Administrator for Community Outreach Program April 2006-October 2006 • Assisted in program development of the Outreach Program increasing referrals by 80 %. Therapist October 2005-April 2009 • Provided On-Site Therapeutic Services to multiethnic children and adults with DSM IV-TR diagnoses.
