Provide Fortune 500 clients with comprehensive geo-spatial software & demographic support. Effectively communicate technical concepts with client IT and Marketing depts.; software installation assistance, configuration, & troubleshooting. Responsible for accurate and efficient assessment, diagnosis, and resolution of client technical issues in a Virtual environment using Microsoft Easy Assist, software testing (SQA), data quality analysis (DQA).
