Provided assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic intervention services to children and adults with communication, language or feeding/swallowing difficulty; provided short-term, speech/language pathology services to two hosptials, eveloped and marketed program services through meetings with physicians, psychologists, educators, healthcare professionals; managed client programs through regular collaboration with client's pediatrician, teachers and caregivers; promoted program services through participation in community, local school and health events; managed company finances through billing, purchasing and payroll, established and implemented company procedures for clients and employees, recruited, interviewed and trained employees and volunteers in HIPAA practices and office duties, trained speech language pathology assistants in the management of individualized client intervention programs
