Daily Duties at Bowne & Co.:
Developed corporate strategy for providing project management and operational support to Bowne's worldwide Investment Management clients. Created and managed new business unit service model and production platform to support over $150mm in annual revenue. Responsible for P&L for sales support, customer service, project management and operations. Directly managed two regional managers, 60 CS, Project Management and operations personnel and 10 Strategic Account Managers in 15 locations throughout the US. Accountable for staff reviews, training and development plans, salary increases and bonus incentive plan payouts.
