Daily Duties at Family Health Centers, Inc.:
• Responsible for operational excellence and strategic decisions for 6 clinics in 4 counties. • Manage the clinic environments to support needs, meet production and monitor performance. • Responsible for talent acquisition and operational management of a diverse staff of 150. • Develop short/long range strategies and implement solutions to improve efficiencies and effectiveness. • Responsible for design and implementation of external communications and marketing efforts. • Administer $1.1 million stimulus grant and supplement with new staff for peak performance. • Establish/maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders: federal agencies and accrediting bodies. • Develop specific action steps to ensure resources and investments to provide business success. • Coordinate and call upon corporate business accounts to increase patients. • Analyze audit studies/projects & recommend policy/procedural changes. • Use leadership and soft skills of influence for change management, Six Sigma classes to make hard decisions for increased production and focus on customer satisfaction. • Board of Director Officer/ Member on four separate community organizations. Main responsibility is to ensure that operations of the corporation provides an excellent venue for exceptional patient care. Reporting departments include facilities management; social services; behavioral health; audit studies using lean six sigma methodologies to increase patient census and to change procedures to be line with exceptional customer service. Implement and monitor the $1.18M federal government stimulus grant.
