Design, Manage and report on conversion of 3500+ transmission that were identified as part of the Merger between Wells Fargo and Wachovia and needing to bemigrated to a new EFT solution. Primary liason between Technolgy management and key business units of both firms including Wells Fargo Retirement services and Wells Fargo Finanace (mortgages)
