Daily Duties at Tuscany Grille:
Create exciting new menus on a weekly basis, organize daily/weekly delivery of food products and monitor inventory to meet the weekly requirements, plan purchases according to season to offer a variety of fresh menu items; trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure food quality; orchestrate kitchen policies and instruct staff on various food preparations; uphold strict sanitiaton standards and authorize policies to ensure quality control in accordance with Federal and State requirements; inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards; recruit and hire staff, includnig cooks and other kitchen workers.
