Managed and trained the DC Department (staff of 14) to provide exceptional administration services for 19,000 DC members; Administered two qualified retirement plans (DC plan and hybrid DB/DC plan) in accordance with IRC regulations and plan documents for eight years; Coordinated with external service providers to ensure that DC account recordkeeping was accurate; Trained dedicated call center representatives to provide DC retirement plan counseling; Monitored counseling calls regularly to measure quality and identify ways to continuously improve the service provided to OPERS members.
