Daily Duties at Metropolitan Printing Co.:
Responsibilities: scheduling, workflow, Hiring. Pressroom and Digital Press production on a timely basis, Quality Control, Total responsibility and accountability Sales, Prepress, Digital Press, Pressroom, Bindery and Delivery Departments. Determining most efficient set up and implementation of Digital or Press jobs to ensure profitability. Purchasing of Paper, Ink, and Pressroom supplies. Negotiating and Researching Vendors on pricing, to increase gross profit.
