Daily Duties at Well Star Organizational Learning:

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the health system’s Corporate University through development and delivery of 23 unique operational service lines including direct responsibility for process design and delivery within the WellStar Development Center; project manager for multiple major operations projects with system-wide impact for 11,000 employees; departmental policy and procedure creation; supervision of up to 11 specialty professional staff members; inventory and facility management; development and oversight of up to $1.4 million budget; oversight of growth and operation of physical infrastructure of the WellStar Development Center.
