My duties were to advize other attorneys with less experience. I participated in planning meetings with Access to Justice for continued legal education programs for both the legal aid community and private bar throughout Ky. I provided representation in defense of foreclosure, collections and garnishments. Represented victims of Domestic Violence in Petitions for protection,divorce,and custody cases in Family Courts.Worked with KY Equal Justice Center with Task Forces on Health Law,Consumer Law,Family Law and Workers Rights. Represented debtors in Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy in US Bankruptcy Court.
