Daily Duties at Panacos Pharmaceuticals:

Responsible for a new in vitro discovery laboratory, supervised the work of two scientists and directed lead compound selection and optimization for new, novel drugs against HIV. Assisted in the design and managed all outsourced preclinical DMPK and PK/PD studies, as well as toxicology and safety pharmacology studies. Managed all preclinical and clinical bioanalytical work, including metabolite identification. Contributed to the preparation of 2 IND submissions.
