Daily Duties at Allegiance Telecom:

Interviewed, selected and hired call center personnel. Supervised activities of a 10-15 person team of call center agents. Received recognition for team performance and attendance for at least two consecutive quarters. Administered performance reviews as established by corporate HR policies. Identified staff development plans to improve performance through direction, support, delegation, coaching, and giving recognition. Responsible for analysis, collection & circulation of operational statistics regarding customers’ inquiries and resolution of all escalated cases. Tracked attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time for each agent. Participated in creating, standardizing, and enhancing the business processes of the corporate call center functions assuring conformity with the company's quality standards
