Direct interaction with client contacts to ensure client intent, drug benefit coverage and correct service delivery issues. Performed timely and detailed research related to client benefit questions and adjudication issues. Analyzed all plan data for completeness and accuracy of content. Audited prescription plan changes through operation of macros and queries. Assisted with project implementation of client benefit conversions to SNP (separate network pricing) to ensure maximal revenue generation for company. Mentored new employees to ensure learning the basics of benefit coding for specific clients.
