Responsible for contract negotiations with UNC, labor disputes, resolving governance issues and directing a management team of 18 with 450 FTE's. Operational responsibilities include Athletic Training Table (residential dining program) sales of $800k. 4 retail outlets totaling $4.8 million and campus catering of $2.8 million. Total managed volume of $19 million. Experienced in ARAMARK signature brands and national brands First non-university employee to receive the William and Ida Friday Center Service Award. Hired and developed current Catering Director, current Catering Sales Manager, current Catering Manager and current Assistant Food Service Director.
