Daily Duties at Compass Usa:

Responsible for overall food service at 1300 student private college in Western North Carolina. Manage volume of 2 million dollar food service operation. 56 total FTE. Two mangers. Reports directly to District Manager. Other core responsibilities include, contract negotiations, food cost controls including inventory procedures and accounting, labor management, overhead expenses, human resource accountability, marketing campaigns, P/L reporting, training and development, cash handling, loss prevention and health and safety management.
