Working in the National Pension Call Center, I used personal and time-sensitive information in a call-center environment to handle issues with claimants and their families this included conflict resolution with some claimants. I answered various questions posed by fellow representatives. I was the chief representative of various programs used in the center to optimize performance and communication amongst representatives throughout the nation. I communicated with assorted managers specializing in the individual programs to ensure proper protocol was followed. This also involved maintenance of these programs. I was also head of support staff for the center, ordering various resources and troubleshooting equipment and assisted managers in researching impending issues. I set up the equipment when various guests visit our department to evaluate our work and was responsible for the timely processing of out-going parcels.
