*Develop Engineering Tests to evaluate and qualify new implantable medical components by defining vacuum furnace cycles, hermeticity and electrical testing procedures *Evaluate discrepancies to find root causes and recommend fixes by performing a failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). *Develop manufacturing instructions, engineering instructions and test methods for production personnel *Train production personnel to manufacturing processes of each product line. *Design, program and maintain automated equipment using National Instruments LabVIEW
