Maintained and upgraded systems based on customer needs and requirements. Provided system support, implemented system changes such as IP networking changes, setup system network backups. Prepared quotes in response to requests for proposals. Researched what each client’s needs were and verified that Banin had the resources to provide the requested services to be quoted. Gathered all information required to put together accurate quotes that match the requests.
