Served as application developer and database administrator. Documented and maintained relational database applications supporting internal and commercial databases. Abstracted and indexed records for inclusion in the databases, edited for format and technical content. Scheduled content of quarterly updates to meet annual goals. Trained staff on database production, and maintained procedures manuals. Provided database technical support to in-house staff and commercial users of database products. Served as project consultant to development teams of online, Internet, CD-ROM and full-text products. Planned, designed, developed, documented and maintained customer marketing and routing database applications.
