Installed custom integrated information systems solutions with Connexn Technologies software as outlined in project plans. Created and maintained client system implementation documentation. Developed code tables based on project specifications and conducted system acceptance testing. Performed introductory training for client System Administrators. Provided technical support for previously installed solutions as necessary. Integrated UNIX-based systems with legacy telecom hardware and software.
