Analyzed client business processes to design custom integrated information systems solutions with Connexn Technologies software. Developed and maintained associated scope of work, project plans and budgets from inception through acceptance testing for multiple concurrent implementation projects as outlined in sales contracts. Directed implementation team staff and coordinated project communications with client team staff.
