•Assisted doctors in Clinical Procedures: skin biopsies and excisions. •Ensured proper patient flow in the back office saving time, staff and financial resources. •Ensured equipment functioned properly. •Followed HIPPA compliance thereby protecting personal medical information. •Handling of medical instrumentation: cleaning and autoclaving. •Initial point of contact of pharmaceutical sales representatives. •Maintenance of laboratory area and of medication and clinic supplies. •Managed prescription refills and insurance prior authorizations. •Performed medical procedures: administration of subcutaneous medication, vital signs, allergy testing, Phototherapy, suture removal, wound care. •Performed administrative duties: documentation, recording and filing of patient information. •Provided patient education, thereby helping with patient compliance. •Triage of patients ‘complaints and prioritizing them in order of importance
