Daily Duties at Central Parking System:
My day to day responsibities include: 1)Ensuring that all locations are staffed properlly. 2)Ensuring that the parking equipment is running properly. 3)Meet with clients to discuss ways to increase there parking revenue. 4)Review A/R reports. 5)Review lot P&L's inorder to see the parking trend. 6) Meet with my General Manager to discuss new business strategies. 7) Look for new location to expand our business. 8) Respond to a wide varity of customer issues. 8)Respond to any HR issue that may occure during the day. 9) Visit local business to discuss parking options. 10) Walk parking facilities to ensure that we are being proactive when it comes to adressing potential libility issues.
