 Implemented all HR programs/processes from inception to delivery for 15 year old start-up company.  Key member of the Sr. Leadership Team, focusing on bringing the human capital issues to the forefront.  Collaborated with senior leaders to develop goals and objectives for all employees, tied to the business strategy; created and facilitated training to educate employees regarding “line of sight” to their contributions to the bottom line.  Developed Core Values, job descriptions with associated market data, compensation strategy, Employee Handbook, performance management process, and recruitment process, resulting in a more engaged and motivated workforce.  Human Resources Business Partner to all members of the Executive Team, developing a human resources strategy tied to the organization’s goals and each operational function’s goals and objectives.
