Implemented all HR programs/processes from inception to delivery for 15 year old start-up company. Key member of the Sr. Leadership Team, focusing on bringing the human capital issues to the forefront. Collaborated with senior leaders to develop goals and objectives for all employees, tied to the business strategy; created and facilitated training to educate employees regarding “line of sight” to their contributions to the bottom line. Developed Core Values, job descriptions with associated market data, compensation strategy, Employee Handbook, performance management process, and recruitment process, resulting in a more engaged and motivated workforce. Human Resources Business Partner to all members of the Executive Team, developing a human resources strategy tied to the organization’s goals and each operational function’s goals and objectives.
