Daily Duties at Health Spring:

Corporate Manager Clinical Staff Chronic Care Improvement Program (CCIP) Duties include: Report To CCIP Director, daily operations of the Health Risk Assessment and Health Coach Units, manage RN staff, maintain staffing patterns based on budget, prepares and analyzes reports, collaboration with vendors, collaborate with Medical Director, identify problems and work toward solutions, establish and monitor productivity requirements, communicate expectations to staff, Identify and facilitate educational opportunities to staff, responsible for efficient work flow processes, maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, facilitate orientation of new staff, facilitate good clinical outcomes for members, maintain Medicare Guidelines for Clinical Operations.
