Gentiva Work Values

Daily Duties at Gentiva:

Home Health Nursing Duties include patient care in the home setting including assess, plan implement coordinate and supervise care, case manage home care patients coordinating their services and supplies, navigate OASIS documentation, conference with other care givers including PT, OT, ST, MSW, and HHA. Responsibilities include 6 home visits per day. Report to Manager of Clinical Practices.
