Full responsibility for decisions and activities to consistently increase revenue and profitability. Managed, coached, developed and trained staff of 5 full time employees and 3 part-time employees. Implement and monitor daily activities are executed to meet sales goals and operational compliance. Built solid and loyal customer base through networking, exceptional service, onboarding strategies and referrals of current satisfied clients. Responsible to overseeing all sales activities to achieve targeted goals by providing daily, weekly and monthly business plans.
