Daily Duties at O'donnell Bros. Professional Furniture Service:
I am responsible to bring in new and maintain referral accounts. When I am refered to a loss; I speak with the homeowner and give a presentation of our company. Lead the teams on the loss and make sure that all limits are maintained that were given by the insurance company for repairs. Negotiate billing to the insurance companies and collect money owed. Make sure the loss is going easy for our company, the insurance company, and providing customer service to the homeowner.
