Daily Duties at Us Bank:

Responsible for supervising, training and providing work schedules for eight to ten tellers. Research, resolves, and responds to complex customer questions, complaints, and concerns. Examine, balance and research general ledger accounts daily for accuracy. Monitors and reviews U.S. Bankcorp’s security procedures and control access to vault. Responsible for opening and closing procedures as management. Process all complex banking transactions for personal and business customers. Responsible for all vault duties including balancing coin machine and cash vault up to $200,000, buying and selling money to tellers, balancing and reconciling ATM machines, and shipping and ordering money on a weekly basis. Entrusted with handling safe deposits, bonds, and night drops.
