Managed $6.5 million of obsolete, clearance and damaged inventory in three warehouses, two dedicated clearance locations and five in store clearance centers. Prepared sales forecasts and collected and analyzed data to evaluate current sales goals by department or group. Prepared floor plans for all furniture stores. Allocated floor samples using Floor Sample Tracking System. Worked with stores and warehouses to insure timely delivery of samples. Contact person for all inventory related issues between warehouses and stores as well warehouses and buyers. Serves as the primary contact for production issue notification, escalation and resolution with vendors.
