Daily Duties at Gordon Brothers Group:
Work with lenders to obtain financial data to conduct an appraisal on a company’s inventory value. Conduct senior level management interviews to understand the companies financial, sales and inventory position. Using the information provided along with industry specific research, market analysis and industry experience to provide the lender with an NOLV (net orderly liquidation value). The NOLV value is what a Gordon Brothers principal and I conclude a company’s inventory to be worth in a mock liquidation scenario. Manage multiple appraisals in various stages of completion. Provide weekly progress reports to the lenders.
