As Program Manager: Work with customers to develop project proposals and (for accepted proposals) product development/delivery schedules. Liaison between software development team and customers. Monitor project budgets. Coordinate delivery of software to customer as well as training of customer. As Lead Software Engineer, lead software development team that developed training and scheduling software applications.
