• One of two direct reports to the CFO of publicly traded marketing intelligence company ranked #3 on Forbes 200 Best Small Companies List in 1997. • Sole non-executive member of the transaction team in the sale of Abacus Direct to DoubleClick, Inc., in a $1.7 billion stock swap (1999) • Created valuation models for potential offerings, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships; wrote business plans for joint ventures /strategic partnerships. • Led investor relations efforts: wrote quarterly earnings releases, created investor presentations and responded to investor inquiries. • Developed and implemented Abacus Direct’s first companywide budgeting and forecasting model, used to forecast revenues and earnings when projecting quarterly results to Wall Street analysts
