Daily Duties at Seedco/Workforce 1 Career Center:
Served as the agencies first Career Advancement facilitator and conducted weekly career and retention workshops. Designed and implemented creative outreach strategies to maintain engagement with clients immediately upon being placed in a job up to a year. Counseled clients individually and in a group setting to assess their need for key supportive services that helped to maintain employment and pursue career advancement opportunities. Linked the clients to key on-site and external supportive services, provided benefit screening and application assistance to all clients, while engaging them in career advancement planning. Tracked all data and conducted follow-up procedures for all customers using ACMS and work source.
